3D Puzzles for Adults

A good 3D puzzle is part project, part pastime and part keepsake. The pieces arrive flat, the evening disappears, and at the end there is something on the shelf that did not exist before. These kits are made for older builders who enjoy following the steps, sanding a tight joint and watching a gear train come together.

This guide collects our wooden puzzles and model kits: boxes with working locks, music boxes, mechanical models and desk pieces that make a handsome display once finished. They make a thoughtful gift for a patient tinkerer, a retiree with free afternoons or a friend who would rather build than scroll. New kits join the guide automatically as they arrive in the shop.
