Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Use the site and its forms in good faith and give accurate information. Don’t send spam or abusive messages, try to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to scrape it. We may decline or remove anything that does.

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we ship it, not when you check out. Until then we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock, supplier problems, a pricing or description error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we release your payment hold and you are not charged.

Payment is authorised at checkout, meaning your card is held for the amount. We charge it only after our supplier has accepted your order. If we cancel or the supplier rejects the order, the hold is released and you are not charged. Your bank decides how quickly a released hold disappears from your statement.

Sometimes we can’t place an order with the supplier straight away. We keep it on hold and keep trying. If it still hasn’t been placed 5 days after you ordered, we cancel it automatically and release the hold.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shipping is included. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC only. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally, yet, and an order to one of those addresses is cancelled before your card is charged. We collect Florida sales tax on orders shipped to Florida, worked out by Stripe at checkout from your delivery address and shown before you pay. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full even after you have ordered.

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours can look different on your screen. Products are for your personal use. You may not resell them as ours or use the site to buy for resale.

The design, text, photos and other content on this site belong to Flipvo, LLC or its licensors. Don’t copy, resell or reuse them without our permission. You’re welcome to link to our pages.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent Florida law permits, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Products carry any manufacturer warranty that applies and the rights in our Returns policy.

To the extent the law permits, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law or limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

You agree to cover losses we suffer because you misused the site or broke these terms, to the extent the law allows.

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you and we consent to those courts. There is no mandatory arbitration.

Before starting a case, send us a written notice at flipvollc@gmail.com describing the problem and what you want, and give us 30 days to work it out. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class or group action.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
